Rolls-Royce – Plant 8 Office Refurbishment

Rolls Royce, based in the United Kingdom, provides power solutions for aerospace and land & sea applications. Rolls Royce’s advanced aerospace technology research and design unit sought refurbishment services as part of the company’s $600 million operations and research investment efforts in the State of Indiana.

The refurbishment efforts for the 2,700 sq. ft. space were extensive and required modifications to the existing HVAC system, fire protection system, and power systems. The new design would enhance working conditions and create new space for restrooms, breakroom area, open office area, and conference rooms.

MNA provided architecture and engineering services during the schematic phase, detail design, and the construction document phase. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget and is home to approximately 900 Rolls Royce employees.
