Hilton Garden Inn purchased a Historic Office Building in Downtown Indianapolis to convert into a hotel.
Mussett Nicholas Associates designed mechanical systems for compliance with ASHRAE62 fresh ventilation standards, and air-to-air heat recovery, building exhaust, and pool room ventilation.
New building services included wet standpipes and full sprinkler protection system, emergency generator, DDC HVAC control system, fire alarm system, VAV system boxes and air handlers for the conference center and atrium, four-pipe fan and coil units for suites, lighting, electrical service, sanitary and vent piping, and domestic and cold water distribution.
