Wes has over 20 years of engineering experience as a project manager focused on several disciplines including medium and low voltage power distribution, lighting and lighting controls systems, fire alarm systems, card access, CCTV and telecommunications system design. His experience and acumen with arc-flash, short-circuit current and over-current protective device coordination studies provide critical expertise and solutions for our clients.

During his tenure at MNA, he has applied his leadership ability and project management skills to many successful commercial, industrial and life sciences projects. Wes is a registered, professional engineer as well as a LEED accredited professional.

Jason’s career spans over 20 years of experience coordinating design teams that focus on several market sectors. His primary areas of concentration are bio-pharma and industrial/manufacturing development facilities. Jason also has broad expertise in higher education, worship, and light commercial and retail facilities. His knowledge and experience provide a high level of confidence for our clients which builds long-term, trusting relationships.

During his tenure, Jason’s responsibilities have culminated experience managing projects from start to finish including estimating, designing and commissioning HVAC systems, plumbing systems and industrial process piping systems in both new construction and renovation environments. He has knowledge regarding facility assessments and master planning and assists clients with the development of long-term capital planning and prioritization of facility upgrades.

As a LEED accredited professional and a registered, professional engineer in multiple states, Jason provides strong leadership skills and design acumen that provide solutions for a wide variety of clients, markets and projects for which we serve.

Ryan has over 25 years of experience in his role and he is a registered, professional engineer in several disciplines including mechanical, plumbing, and process systems. His professional focus remains on new construction and laboratory, pharmaceutical, production and manufacturing facilities, as well as administrative support areas.

During Ryan’s career with MNA, he demonstrates leadership and innovation regarding project team performance and project innovation and solutions with integrity and solution-based thinking. These characteristics develop professional design solutions that result in effectiveness, efficiency and quality for our clients.

Dylan’s career began with MNA in 2014. Through the years, he has served as a senior design engineer and a senior project manager. As an associate, his efforts are focused on delivering unique, state of the art and highly technical projects with large budgets and coordination among many design disciplines.

His specific design work includes HVAC, plumbing, and industrial process piping systems, including pipe stress analysis, test cell, and pharmaceutical design. Dylan has work experience in the industrial, laboratory, pharmaceutical, commercial and higher education industries. These qualifications provide him with the experience required to evaluate projects and help solve our clients’ challenges.

With over 20 years of experience, James has a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas of mechanical, plumbing and process systems including preparation of studies, cost estimates, and drawings and specifications. His primary focus has been in laboratory, pharmaceutical production and manufacturing facilities, administrative support areas and industrial applications. This broad experience and seasoned leadership enable James to provide new and innovative ideas that push project solutions to the next level while supporting a high degree of collaboration and teamwork.

During James’ career at MNA, he has earned increasing levels of responsibility and has proven himself as a capable and effective leader. The momentum he provides both challenges and expands our core capabilities. As a Certified Energy Manager, many of our clients find his expertise invaluable when designing and developing solutions for their challenges.

Jacob has over 10 years of experience preparing plans and specifications for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and process piping projects for industrial clients including both remodeling and new construction projects. His aptitude for doing such detailed work emanates from his education and training.

Jacob is a registered, professional engineer and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is committed to finding solutions to our clients’ most challenging projects.

Ben has several years of experience working in the HVAC consulting business since 1997 and for MNA since 2002. His experience includes industrial manufacturing, alternative fuel distribution design, automotive test cell design, HVAC design, plumbing design, process design, and project management. He has valuable expertise helping clients realize their project goals and works closely with them to understand the challenges and solutions.

As a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and a registered, professional engineer, Ben has accumulated knowledge and project specific experience to create customized solutions that always have the clients’ best interests in mind.

Martine began her career at MNA in 2012. She has since served as a mechanical engineer and project manager working on projects in the commercial, pharmaceutical, and higher-education industries, with a focus on HVAC energy savings and laboratory design.

With over a decade of experience, she has successfully managed several fast-paced, multi-phase projects. With a strong focus on interdisciplinary coordination, she collaborates effectively with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution. Her commitment to quality and forward thinking has led to strong relationships with clients.

John is a creative problem-solver and an experienced architect who brings over 14 years of expertise to the development of innovative design solutions across diverse sectors. His expertise spans educational, hospitality, civil, manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, and emerging technologies.

A registered architect in multiple states, including Indiana and North Carolina, John maintains an active membership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He currently serves on the 2024 Indiana Electrical Code Update Committee and contributes his expertise to developing the state’s building regulations.

For over four decades, Steve has coordinated design team efforts for multiple types of projects with special emphasis on projects related to the industrial process, bio-pharma, manufacturing, and research and development sectors. These projects have included both new construction and remodel work and have encompassed industrial plants, test cells, food grade and API processing, chill rooms, ASRS facilities, ISO clean rooms, process and plant utilities and more.

Steve has extensive design experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines and with project designs that are consistent with the latest qualification/validation standards. His years of project management experience are invaluable to our clients while providing seasoned leadership and professional services as a registered, professional engineer in nine states, which helps broaden MNA’s geographic presence.

Greg has over 30 years of experience providing leadership and expertise in areas of strategic planning, project direction and managing client relationships. Greg’s deep knowledge of several engineering disciplines results in a high level of trust and confidence among our community of repeat clients.

Greg has assumed various positions with increasing levels of responsibility that have provided experience-based knowledge to grow MNA into a nationally recognized, professional services firm. He has managed educational, pharmaceutical, industrial, institutional, and commercial projects.

In Greg’s current role, he provides operational leadership and vision to expand the company and take on more diverse projects and clients. With a focus on people and performance, he believes that developing team members is a critical component to MNA’s success.

Andrew Wegeng is a mechanical engineer and project manager at MNA with nearly a decade of experience in designing and managing complex engineering projects. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has been involved in various pharmaceutical, laboratory, higher education, and industrial facilities, specializing in laboratory, production, logistics, and warehouse spaces.

Andrew is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Indiana and is committed to advancing industry best practices and fostering strong client relationships through thoughtful design and project leadership.  His specific experience includes HVAC, process piping, and plumbing design for critical environments.

P.J. began his career working with MNA in 2011 as the Resource Manager and has risen through the company with increasing roles and responsibilities. His current role includes preparing cost opinions, construction sequencing and feasibility planning, master planning, scheduling, safety management, business development and project management activities.

Prior to joining the firm, P.J.’s experience includes working 19 years in the general contracting and construction management industries, as well as six years in facility management environments. His expertise offers valuable insight and knowledge when exploring ideas to solve our clients’ biggest challenges.

Craig joined MNA in 2017 and has worked as a mechanical engineer, project manager, and associate. His project experience spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, jet, and hypersonic testing; heavy industrial and industrial manufacturing; cleanrooms, food processing, and production; microelectronics; and pharmaceuticals. Craig’s areas of expertise include central utility system design, piping and support design and stress analysis, HVAC system design, geothermal solutions, fuel storage and distribution, and process design.

Craig leads teams to deliver custom solutions for each challenge and project. His goal is to collaborate with owners and coordinate teams of engineers and architects to develop the right solution for each project.

Alex joined MNA in 2014 and has worked as a mechanical engineer and project manager on projects in industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and K-12 schools. His design experience includes additive manufacturing, central plant systems, HVAC systems, test cells, fuel storage and distribution systems, and facility assessments. He is a former president of the local ASHRAE chapter.

As an Associate, Alex aims to lead projects that support our clients in designing and coordinating solutions that minimize system and production downtime, maximize accessibility to systems for maintenance, and evaluate sustainable systems that maximize our clients’ return on investment while supporting their energy and water usage goals.
